Orton Rigg Hotel offers meeting room facilities for voluntary groups, businesses, commercial organisations and private users. The Meeting Point service provides a location for your meeting that is accessible, professionally staffed and is a refreshing change from an anonymous hotel chain.

In the meeting rooms, conference facilities and their layout can be adapted to suit your event. Staff are experienced in working with people with arthritis and disabled people and will use their expertise to meet the needs of everyone attending your meeting.

Your event will be personally supervised by the hotel manager who will ensure that the booking and running of it go to plan.

For a single and competitive price, the Meeting Point service offers a fully inclusive package. However, the package can be adapted to fit your requirements and budget.

The package includes:

• use of the meeting room between 8am and 6pm
• tea, coffee and mineral water on arrival, mid-morning and afternoon
• buffet lunch
• overhead projector, screen and flip charts.
• car parking.
